Hi there! I am a saxophonist based in Toronto, Canada, and am excited about collaborating with artists and ensembles to create impactful performances and working with educators and students to foster meaningful learning experiences.

Jeffrey has performed with esteemed groups like the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, National Arts Centre Orchestra, and Esprit Orchestra, spanning programs from traditional to contemporary repertoire. Riveting performances with The Moanin' Frogs earned the saxophone sextet the 2026 Menuhin Gold Prize at the Osaka International Chamber Music Competition.
Having held positions as Assistant Professor at Queen's University and Associate Director of the International Saxophone Academy, Dr. Leung is a highly-sought instructor and clinician. His student-centered approaches to private lessons and group workshops empower musicians of all ages through in-person and digital teaching, including his web series “Taking it From the Top”

In May 2026, The Moanin' Frogs were selected as recipients of the 2026 Menuhin Gold Prize at the Osaka International Chamber Music Competition and Festa.
